Value for money, great view and great location.

Conveniently located near the train station and also the famous jagalchi market which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also nearby are BIFF square and Bupyeong Kkantong Market as well as Gwangbok-ro fashion street.

Wonderful stay

Rooms were very clean and very new, very comfortable. Location was wonderful, right next to Jagalchi market and walking distance from biff square, 15 min bus ride to gamcheon culture village. Most importantly, staff were very nice and friendly and went out of the way to ensure our trip in Busan was an enjoyable one, including calling the attractions to delay our entry time when we were running late, getting the taxi drivers to take a scenic route and giving very useful suggestions to simplify our trip. Thank you for hosting is so warmly!

Wow experience

Very helpful hotel folks, offering useful tips on where to eat, how to get locations easier, etc. Hotel has a laundry service that requires reservation, but it is most helpful as it allows the hotel guest to use it at their designated timing, to avoid clash of usage.

Great experience

Super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. He recommended many good places and food. The room is clean and well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable. It has both air conditioner and heater. The location is also great, only 2 minutes walk to the subway station and seafood market.

Shower water pressure is a little bit low. Lobby is small.

great location, helpful staff, clean and new

the location of the hotel was superb. near to every where - biff zone, jagalchi market, sin donga market. basically near to all the food area. near to jagalchi station too. staff were helpful and willing to provide any information u need. view from balcony is good to have - can see fishing Harbour and gamcheon culture village. although the exterior look rundown but interior of rooms are fantastic! clean and new!

if they have more family suite, would be good for people with kids. easier to move around. we book 2 rooms to accommodate 2 adults 2 kids and they dont have connecting room. but was glad that we are able to get 2 room side by side.

A great hidden gem

The hotel was really accommodating, allowing me to check in 4 hours early since I only had one day to visit Busan. The hotel clerks were so helpful! They answered questions, booked taxis for me, advised me on eating and restaurants, definitely went above and beyond for me. Both clerks that I interacted with could speak English, thankfully, since my Korean is still very beginner. The facilities were great, everything new, and even the products they gave you to use were superb quality.

The location was good in the sense that it was off the beaten path a bit, not along the beach like most other hotels and resorts in Busan, but I had to take taxis everywhere. I prefer to walk if possible when traveling. It was right in the middle of all the markets of Busan, including the largest fish market in Korea. So when I stepped outside of the hotel, I felt like I was immersed in Korean daily life, but the smell took a bit to get used to if you aren't from a coastal area yourself. I always felt safe but still took taxis everywhere since I traveled alone as a woman. There is the Lotte Department store and subway about a ten minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and convenience stores just near the hotel.

Pleasant stay

The receptionist guy (Day time) was very friendly, helpful and genuine in assisting and providing suggestions/advice even for touring around Busan, taxi fare to weather etc. (It seems that there was one guy in charge of day-shift, and one in charge of night shift). Highly recommended The room was very clean, neat and quiet, comfortable to stay. There is also a Korean public spa within the same building, those who are interested can give it a try.

Amazing sea front oasis in Busan!

Love this hotel! Extremely cute and well designed hotel in the best and most bustling part of Busan, right near all the action. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and harbour with lots of activity to watch from our balcony. A nice retreat from a bustling city.

Couldn’t close the bathroom door at night without the entrance automatic lights turning on.

Great location. Friendly staff. Bathhouse is in the hotel building.

The location and the Seaview. There was also a bathhouse in the hotel.

Our shower broke but they fixed it. The shower is over a big out of the ground bath that you have to step over. We couldn’t work out the air conditioner as the control was in Korean.

Clean spacious room with amazing staff

Very clean, spacious, and friendly staff. We had issues with one of our rooms and the hotel manager/owner personally came by to check on us and moved us to another room. He also took the trouble to help us book a taxi to the airport. All in all, very well taken care of! Would definitely recommend this hotel :)
